For our mortgage advice, we are paid by commission from the lender. Our standard research fee of £199 is discounted to zero for police clients. Our administration fee of £150 will be due only on successful issue of a mortgage offer from a lender.

Once we have all of your details, our experts can arrange a Mortgage Certificate or Decision in Principle from the chosen lender within minutes. This can be done over the telephone and at your convenience.

We will then arrange completion of the remaining paperwork, recommend and instruct solicitors if you like and get quotes for any insurance that you need thereby saving you even more money.

Our team will manage the whole process through to completion for you and keep everyone up to date. They will be available to handle any queries that come up along the way so sit back and relax.
